Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent
Last Updated: May 5, 2026
Please read this Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent ("Disclosure") carefully before signing any waiver, release, or other agreement electronically through services provided by Find the Origin Inc. ("Origin," "we," or "us"). This Disclosure is given pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law, including the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act where adopted.
1. Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records
By selecting the "I agree" button (or any equivalent action) on a waiver, release, or agreement (each, a "Waiver") presented through Origin, you are signing the Waiver electronically. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual or handwritten signature on that Waiver, and that your electronic signature has the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature would. You further agree that the Waiver, once electronically signed, is as valid as if you had signed it in writing. By signing electronically, you also confirm that you are authorized to enter into the Waiver. If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian.
2. Scope of Consent
Your consent applies to the Waiver you are signing and to any related agreements, disclosures, notices, confirmations, receipts, or other records that Origin or the Service Provider (the outfitter or operator providing the experience) makes available to you electronically in connection with your booking. You may receive these records by email, through the Origin platform, or through links to the Origin platform.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, view, sign, and retain electronic records through Origin, you will need:
A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access;
A current version (or one prior version) of a modern web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge;
A valid email address that you actively monitor;
The ability to view, save, and print PDF files (a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is sufficient); and
Sufficient electronic storage space, or a printer, to retain copies of the records.
If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you will not be able to access or retain your electronic records, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to withdraw your consent without penalty.
4. Right to Sign on Paper Instead
You may decline to sign any Waiver electronically. You acknowledge that declining to sign electronically may delay or prevent you from completing your booking, may delay the delivery of services to you, or may render you ineligible to participate in certain events or experiences offered by the Service Provider. If you prefer to sign on paper rather than electronically, please contact the Service Provider directly before your booking to make alternative arrangements.
5. Right to Request a Paper Copy
If you sign a Waiver electronically, you may request a paper copy of that Waiver from Origin at any time, at no cost, by emailing hello@exploreorigin.com. You will also receive a copy of your signed Waiver by email. Service Providers can access and download your signed Waiver from their Origin account.
6. Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to do business electronically with Origin at any time by emailing hello@exploreorigin.com with the subject line "Withdraw E-Signature Consent." Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any Waiver or other record you have already signed or received electronically. After you withdraw consent, you may not be able to complete future bookings through the Origin platform without making alternative paper-based arrangements with the Service Provider, and certain services may no longer be available to you.
7. Keeping Your Contact Information Current
It is your responsibility to provide Origin with an accurate, current email address and to keep that address up to date. You agree to notify Origin promptly of any change to your email address by emailing hello@exploreorigin.com. Origin is not responsible for records you do not receive because the email address on file is incorrect or out of date.
8. Authoritative Record
You agree that the electronically stored copy of your signature, together with any written instruction or authorization and any other document provided to you by Origin, is the true, accurate, and complete record, and is legally enforceable in any proceeding to the same extent as if those documents had been originally generated and maintained in printed form. You agree not to contest the admissibility or enforceability of Origin's electronically stored copy of any Waiver or other record. You agree to the terms and conditions of each Waiver on behalf of yourself or, where applicable, on behalf of the minor for whom you are signing as parent or legal guardian.
9. Retaining a Copy of This Disclosure
You may print, download, or save this Disclosure for your records at any time. We recommend you do so before signing any Waiver electronically.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing a Waiver electronically through Origin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent.
